Dr. Tonya Williams is a pastor, author, speaker, mentor, and transformational leader whose work spans ministry, leadership development, authorship, and global prayer initiatives. She is the Founder of Releasing Living Waters Ministries and Step Into the Spotlight, LLC, where she equips individuals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Through pastoral leadership, teaching, speaking, and coaching, Dr. Williams helps individuals deepen their faith, recognize pivotal moments, and step boldly into their calling. She also founded Visionaries Women on the Move, Inc., a mentoring initiative that empowers women through personal development, leadership growth, and purpose-driven connection. Her work reflects a deep commitment to mentorship, community building, and generational impact.
